Brian Harris - CEO & Director

Mr. Brian Harris is a co-founder of the Company with over 30 years experience leading junior companies to raise capital, develop successful go-to-market strategies, launch new products and services and compete successfully. Mr. Harris has experience in the management of public companies on the Canadian, United States and Australian Stock Exchanges. Mr. Harris was a founder of EFTech Ltd. a leading supplier of Electronic Funds Transfer services at the Point of Sale in Australia. He was also a founder of Best Available Seating Service Inc., a leading developer of computerized entertainment ticketing systems and the predecessor to what is now known as Ticketmaster. Prior to that Mr. Harris was the founder and President of Target Group Marketing Services Ltd. and Shoppers Voice Publications Ltd, which became the largest selective sampling and controlled publications group in South Africa and Australia. Prior to establishing his own businesses, he was an Executive with General Foods in Canada and Film Corporation of America. Mr. Harris has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Andrew Harris - President, COO & Director

Mr. Andrew Harris is a co-founder of the Company and has over 15 years experience in all facets of the food and beverage industry. Mr Harris was owner / operator of two successful high profile casual restaurants in Vancouver. He was the Director, Food, & Beverage of The Arts Club Theatre Company, a non-profit organization with a number of theatres and restaurant operations in Vancouver. As the Director of Operations for Rainforest Cafe (NASDAQ:RAIN), Mr. Harris headed up the selection and training of operations teams for the launch of the London, England and Hong Kong markets. Mr. Harris has a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Witwatersrand, Republic of South Africa.

Gary Liu - CFO

Mr. Gary Liu holds a BBA in accounting and IT. He has served as a director and an officer of several public companies over the past 10 years. Currently, he is serving on the boards of directors of Sun Entertainment Holding Corporation and Luxor Industrial Corporation. Mr. Liu has over 15 years experience in accounting, financial information systems integration, administrative and regulatory affairs with both public and private companies. Mr Liu is also the owner of Mt. Pacific Financial Corp., a consulting company providing accounting services to public companies.

Perpinder Patrola - Director

Mr. Perpinder Patrola is a business lawyer practicing in the area of corporate/commercial and securities law. Mr. Patrola has represented companies on complex corporate matters, including initial and secondary public offerings, public and private mergers/acquisitions, and restructurings. Prior to launching his own law firm, Mr. Patrola worked at two of Canadas leading business law firms, in Toronto and in Vancouver. Mr. Patrola earned his undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia and a law degree from the University of New Brunswick.
