A collaboration a long time in the making, our pals over at Mile 37 craft canning stopped by to brew up something a little dark and tropical. A traditional black IPA with additions of Simcoe in the whirlpool, and a generous Sabro dry hop, provoking big tropical notes of coconut, fresh lime leaves, and pineapple.
