Smoked White Stout

Our friends from across the Rockies, Citizen Brewing Company, swung by the brewery for collaborative brew of a Smoked White Stout. We utilized two different types of smoked malt and a huge addition of flaked oats. A hefty amount of oak smoked barley and a smidgen of beech wood smoked wheat bring about subtle smoke notes with hints of vanilla and dark chocolate. To bring it all together, a short conditioning period on whole coffee beans to bring all the vibes together!
