RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE IPA | ABV 5.5% | IBU 8
This ain’t your Jack LaLanne loving, morning yoga doing, monthly juice cleanse partaking kind of smoothie! A Smoothie IPA featuring vanilla, cacao nibs, lactose, and as much raspberry puree as we could get our hands-on, which if you’re wondering, was a lot!
CRAFT LAGER | ABV 5.0% | IBU 15
A lager is a beautiful thing. Light, refreshing, crisp and drinkable, and our lager is a pure example of this. Simple in design, but elegantly balanced in flavour; we use 2 Row malt and noble hop varietals to impart a light bready character and a clean floral aroma.
PALE ALE | ABV 5.0% | IBU 25
This is our take on an English Pale Ale. A malty backbone of Munich, Biscuit and Honey malt give this beer a rich body and a generous whirlpool addition of Amarillo hops round it out with a distinct bouquet of tangerine, lemons and apricots.
JOHN MITCHELL CASCADIAN DARK ALE | ABV 5.4% | IBU 25
This Cascadian Dark Ale features roasted and crystal malts, whole leaf Cascade hops, and the same yeast strain John used 40 years prior. Pleasant aromas of roasted malts are met with floral and citrus hop character. Subtle flavour notes of chocolate and dark fruit are balanced with a full body and slight creaminess.
THIOL MASTER SAISON | ABV 7.3% | IBU 25
A thiol-boosted Saison brewed in collaboration with Russell Brewing and Moon Under Water Brewpub. We used Phantasm, a wine grape-derived powder, and a technique called mash hopping to max out our thiol potential, creating a Saison bursting with tropical fruit flavour. Mashed with plenty of wheat and spelt and fermented with a blend of London ale and Saison yeast gives it a dry and delicious finish.
PEACH APRICOT HEF | ABV 6.0% | IBU 20
The marriage of peaches and apricots in a Hefeweizen, now some would say that’s a match made in heaven. A match comparable to such greats as Batman and Robin (Clooney and O’Donnell), movie theater popcorn and the extra butter that you have to pay for and the all-time classic combo of apple pie and sharp cheddar cheese. Add a healthy dry hop addition of Citra and the marriage is complete, as is our contribution to the world of fruited Hefeweizens.
LEMON RAZ RADLER | ABV 3 .5% | IBU 17
A super sensational, surprisingly spritzing, seductive summer RADLER. The Lemon Raz Radler is a delicious summer blend of lemons and raspberries. This blend results in a fruity nose, and an even fruitier taste. It immediately demands a second, third and fourth sip to figure out what just happened in your mouth.
BLUEBERRY CHERRY LIME BERLINER | ABV 3.8% | IBU 8
Bomber pops, rocket ice lolly’s, or firecrackers, whatever you call them everyone has a childhood memory of that freezer-burned neon red, white, and blue frozen treat. A sour Berliner Weisse-style beer fermented with blueberry, cherry, and lime purée.
LEMON LIME GOSE | ABV 3.8% | IBU 5
What do you get when you take an old-style german sour, a neon yellow sports drink, a fast-food lemon-lime fountain drink, and blend them all up? We’re not too sure to be honest, but this sour wheat Gose conditioned on lemon zest and lime purée should curb the urge to find out!
BLOOD ALLEY BITTER | ABV 5.5% | IBU 50
Stylistically, the malt side is very English, but the hops are all floral US varieties. Brewed with only the best including: 2-row Pilsner malt, Flaked Barley, UK Crystal Malt, and a touch of UK Chocolate Malt. We use Columbus hops in the brew kettle, and dry hop with Cascade and Willamette.
PUNCHBOWL IPA | ABV 6.5% | IBU 65
Subtle NW honey malt characters are combined with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops to create tropical, fruity flavours such as stone fruit, berries and melon. India Pale Ale was a beer created to make the trip from England to India, Punch was a fruit drink introduced to England from India. So as tribute to full flavoured beer and to party drinks that can be spiked, may we present the Punch Bowl!

PINA COLADA MILKSHAKE IPA | ABV 5.5% | IBU 10
We would like to think Rupert Holmes would be drinking this Milkshake IPA while getting caught in the rain and talking trash about yoga. A Milkshake IPA with lactose, fermented on liquid coconut, pineapple purée, and dry-hopped with Sabro.
MIMOSA SUMMER ALE | ABV 6.2% | IBU 30
A brunch-inspired fruity and refreshing ale that ought to be served in a champagne flute; we used a wheat-heavy grain bill paired with a citrus-forward whirlpool hop addition, a fermentation of London Ale and Saison yeasts, and added a splash of Orange Juice.
